Our Wedding

Our Story

Caleb and Keegan’s story began shortly after they both made Atlanta home. Caleb had recently left public accounting to join Chick-fil-A, while Keegan arrived to begin the next chapter of his journey as a pilot after leaving management consulting. What started as a shared season of change quickly became something much deeper. They were drawn together by their love of travel, college football, fine dining, and spending time exploring Midtown with Caleb’s dog, Molly. Along the way, they made countless memories at Georgia Tech and Alabama football games, weekends at St. Pete Beach, and trips spent visiting friends near and far. Throughout their relationship, they learned the true meaning of partnership. Keegan supported Caleb through long nights of studying for the CPA exam, and together they leaned on faith and one another through the uncertainty of COVID. In turn, Caleb proudly supported Keegan through his journey from regional flying to achieving his lifelong dream of becoming a mainline pilot. As their lives continued to grow together, Caleb began an MBA at Emory University and Keegan officially launched his career at Delta. A move to Peachtree City soon followed, where they welcomed a second sweet puppy, Lilly, and established a true sense of home surrounded by family, friends, and a community best enjoyed by golf cart. After deciding to take the next step in their life’s journey together, Caleb and Keegan returned to the place that reflects so many of their happiest memories, the beach, where they got engaged and began planning the next chapter of their forever. They are deeply grateful for God’s faithfulness, the love and support of those who have walked alongside them, and the path that brought them to this moment.

Refined silhouettes, elevated fabrics, and dressy heels or flats are recommended to complement the formality of the celebration. Gentlemen Gentlemen are requested to wear traditional black tie attire, including a tuxedo with a black bow tie.

Friday Events

Attire: Smart Casual Ladies Ladies may choose a stylish day dress, skirt and blouse, or a refined jumpsuit. Dressy flats, wedges, or low heels are recommended for a comfortable yet polished look. Gentlemen Gentlemen are encouraged to dress in smart casual attire, such as dress pants or chinos paired with a collared shirt or polished knit. A sport coat is welcome but optional, and loafers or clean dress shoes complete the look.

Rehearsal & Dinner (Invited Guests)

Attire: Semi-Formal/Cocktail Ladies Ladies are encouraged to wear a cocktail dress, elegant midi dress, or a dressy jumpsuit. Heels or dressy flats are appropriate for this polished, semi-formal style. Gentlemen Gentlemen are invited to wear a suit or tailored jacket with dress pants and a collared shirt. A tie is optional, and loafers or dress shoes complete the look.

Transportation

Courtesy transportation will be provided via the Georgia Tech Trolley. Guests staying at The St. Regis will be picked up directly in front of the St. Regis lobby at 5:15 PM. Guests staying at the InterContinental or Embassy Suites will be picked up in front of the InterContinental Hotel lobby (located next door to the Embassy Suites) at 5:10 PM. We encourage guests to be in the hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

Local guests and guests staying at neighboring hotels, please note shuttle priority will be given to guests staying at the respective wedding hotel blocks. Complimentary parking is available at Trinity Presbyterian Church, and valet parking is available at The St. Regis for a fee.

Immediately following the ceremony, shuttles will transport guests from Trinity Presbyterian Church to The St. Regis for cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception.

Please note that shuttle transportation will conclude upon arrival at The St. Regis following the ceremony. Guests staying at The InterContinental, Embassy Suites, and neighboring hotels should plan to use valet parking or a rideshare service for their departure.

Parking is available on-site at both Trinity Presbyterian Church (complementary) and The St. Regis Hotel (fee for valet) for guests who prefer to drive or use a rideshare service.

Please be mindful that each hotel has specific dates that the blocks will close, no longer offering discounted room rates to wedding guests.
